NICOLE SMELTZ

Senior Trainer & Director

Nicole has worked in the aviation industry for 14 years, having been employed as an International Flight Attendant with Qantas and Lounge Agent with Emirates and Etihad Airways.

Nicole has first-hand experience of how challenging it can be to secure a career in aviation and saw an opportunity to create a boutique coaching institute focussed on assisting people to reach their aviation dreams.
